Сумма строительства оценивается в $0,5 млрд при сроках от 3 до 5 лет. С получением земель под курорт у Антонова проблем не возникает. Местная Славская ОТГ, в которой бизнесмен зарегистрировал ряд своих предприятий, приносящих в бюджет 3-4 млн грн ежемесячно, охотно идут навстречу любым планам владельца “Галнафтогаза”. Их земельный банк составляет уже более 300 га.
